05 / Our story
The little horse trailer with big plans.
Dark Horse Tavern was built to take hospitality beyond four walls. Based in Barrie and made to travel, our converted horse trailer brings a warm, memorable gathering place wherever your event happens.
Behind the bar is Matt, with a hands-on, family-run approach to every celebration. He builds Dark Horse alongside his kids and his wife, Gracie, who is a huge part of the business. The heart of Dark Horse is looking after people.
